Description

Wake up to a creamy, indulgent breakfast that practically prepares itself overnight. Quick Biscoff Overnight Oats combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, and rich Biscoff cookie butter to create a smooth and satisfying breakfast jar. This easy overnight oats recipe is perfect for quick breakfast meal prep, healthy breakfast ideas, and simple food ideas for busy mornings. With warm cookie spice flavor and creamy texture, it’s a delicious no-cook breakfast you’ll want to make again and again.

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 1/2 tablespoons Biscoff spread

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 Biscoff cookie crushed for topping

Instructions

1. In a bowl or jar combine milk, Greek yogurt, Biscoff spread, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

2. Add rolled oats and chia seeds and stir well so everything is evenly mixed.

3. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight so the oats soften and absorb the liquid.

4. Stir the oats in the morning and add a splash of milk if you want a thinner consistency.

5. Top with crushed Biscoff cookies and optionally drizzle extra cookie butter before serving.

6. Serve chilled and enjoy your creamy overnight oats.

Notes

For stronger Biscoff flavor, add a swirl of extra cookie butter before serving.

If the oats become too thick after chilling, stir in a splash of milk to adjust the texture.

Add toppings such as banana slices, berries, or chopped nuts right before serving to keep them fresh.
