- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup dried fruit
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
