Ingredients
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
10 ounces mini marshmallows
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2–3 teaspoons milk (for drizzle)
Instructions
1. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
2. Melt butter in a large pot over medium-low heat, stirring often.
3. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
4. Stir in pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract until fully combined.
5. Remove from heat and quickly fold in the Rice Krispies cereal. Mix until evenly coated.
6. Press the mixture gently into the prepared pan using a greased spatula or wax paper.
7. Let it cool for about 30 minutes or until set.
8. Mix powdered sugar and milk to form a drizzle. Spoon or pipe over the top.
9. Once drizzle sets, slice into squares and serve.
