- Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Pumpkin Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Praline Topping:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Maple Drizzle:
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare crust and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin, eggs, vanilla, spices, and sour cream.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake in a water bath for 60-70 minutes.
- Cool in the oven, then chill for 4 hours.
- Add praline topping and drizzle with warm maple syrup before serving.
