Ingredients

Scale

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or 1 lb pizza dough

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or grease a round baking dish.

2. Divide biscuit or pizza dough into small, golf ball-sized pieces and roll into smooth balls.

3. Melt butter in a bowl or saucepan, stir in garlic, rosemary, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

4. Roll each dough ball in the garlic herb butter until fully coated.

5. Arrange balls in a circular wreath shape on the baking sheet, leaving space in the center for a dipping bowl.

6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the top of the coated dough balls.

7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked through.

8. Brush with remaining butter right after baking.

9. Cool for 5 minutes, place a small bowl of warmed marinara sauce in the center, and serve.

Notes

For a cheesy twist, add small cubes of mozzarella inside each dough ball before baking.

You can prep the wreath ahead of time and bake it fresh just before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for best texture.
