  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or ~16 oz pizza dough)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease bundt pan generously.

  2. Cut biscuit or pizza dough into small, uniform pieces.

  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Pour over dough pieces and toss gently to coat.

  4. Layer dough pieces, mozzarella, pepperoni, and Parmesan in the bundt pan, repeating until all ingredients are used.

  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Let rest for 5–10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
