Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil or parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
3. Spread the creamy mixture into the base of a pie dish or baking dish.
4. Spoon the marinara sauce evenly over the cream cheese base.
5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the sauce.
6. Add mini pepperoni evenly across the top.
7. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
8. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot, bubbly, and golden brown on top.
9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
10. Garnish with chopped basil or parsley and serve warm with dippers.
Notes
Bring cream cheese to room temperature for easy mixing.
Don’t overload with sauce or the dip will be runny.
Let the dip rest before serving to help it set for scooping.
