For the Crust:

  • 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • ½ cup heavy cream (optional, for extra fluffiness)
  • 5 fun-size Snickers bars (chopped)
  • 12 drops pink food coloring (adjust for desired shade)

For the Topping:

  • ½ cup M&Ms (assorted colors)
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate (chopped or shaved)
  • Chocolate frosting swirls (optional, for decoration)



Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust
    • Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies using a food processor or a ziplock bag and rolling pin.
    • Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter until well combined.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
    • Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • If using heavy cream, whip it separately until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
    • Add the whipped topping and carefully fold it in for a light, airy texture.
    • Stir in the chopped Snickers bars.
    • Add pink food coloring and mix until the desired shade is reached.
  3. Assemble the Cheesecake
    • Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and spread it evenly.
    • Smooth the top and tap the pan gently to remove air bubbles.
  4. Add Toppings & Chill
    • Sprinkle M&Ms and chopped dark chocolate over the top.
    • Pipe chocolate frosting swirls if desired.
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve and Enjoy
    • Once fully set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan.
    • Slice with a sharp knife, wiping clean between cuts for neat slices.
