  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Optional Add-ins:

  • Sautéed bell peppers
  • Caramelized onions
  • Sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Cook ground beef, breaking it apart until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Add diced tomatoes (if using) and beef broth. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.
  • Stir in softened cream cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Add the cooked tortellini and mix gently. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and stir until melted and creamy.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and extra pepper, if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
