  • 2 slices sturdy white, sourdough, or brioche bread
  • 2 tbsp softened butter (for spreading)
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 68 slices of pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Lay out the bread slices and butter one side of each.
  2. On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread pizza sauce.
