Ingredients

Scale

113g cream cheese, softened

120g creamy peanut butter

100g powdered sugar

80g crushed graham crackers

300g white chocolate chips or melting wafers

50g dark chocolate, for drizzle

2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers, for topping

Instructions

1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and fluffy.

2. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined and creamy.

3. Fold in crushed graham crackers until evenly incorporated.

4. If mixture is too soft, chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.

5. Roll tablespoon-sized scoops into balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.

6. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes, or until firm.

7. Melt white chocolate in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.

8. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off, and place back on the tray.

9. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the coated balls.

10. Immediately sprinkle with crushed graham crackers before chocolate sets.

11. Chill the finished balls for at least 20 minutes or until chocolate coating hardens.

12. Serve or store in the fridge or freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Use a cookie scoop for even-sized balls.

Make sure the balls are well chilled before dipping to help the coating set smoothly.

Natural peanut butter can be used, but mix thoroughly to avoid oily texture.
