  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (plus extra for topping, optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter.
  • Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
  • Once boiling, set a timer and cook for exactly 5 minutes, continuing to stir the entire time.
