- 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not double-stuffed)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate (for coating)
- 4 oz white chocolate (optional, for drizzling)
- Optional garnish: extra crushed Oreos or sprinkles
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a sealed bag with a rolling pin.
- Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese in a bowl until fully blended and smooth.
- Roll mixture into small balls (about 1 inch) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15–20 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool, letting excess drip off.
- Place coated truffles back on parchment paper and drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
- Garnish with extra Oreo crumbs or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Let truffles set completely in the fridge before serving.
