Description

These Oreo Truffles are decadent, bite-sized treats made with crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in smooth chocolate and topped with a touch of flair. No baking required, and each bite delivers rich flavor with a creamy center and satisfying chocolate shell.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not double-stuffed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate (for coating)
  • 4 oz white chocolate (optional, for drizzling)
  • Optional garnish: extra crushed Oreos or sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a sealed bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese in a bowl until fully blended and smooth.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls (about 1 inch) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool, letting excess drip off.
  7. Place coated truffles back on parchment paper and drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
  8. Garnish with extra Oreo crumbs or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  9. Let truffles set completely in the fridge before serving.
