- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups rotini pasta (uncooked)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot or skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Pour in pasta, beef broth, and milk. Stir well and bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed, turn off heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Mix until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
