This easy dessert recipe features a buttery graham cracker crust, a smooth peanut butter cream cheese filling, and a fluffy whipped topping finished with chocolate drizzle and peanut butter cups. It’s a great make-ahead treat for holidays, family dinners, potlucks, or whenever you want comforting homemade dessert ideas.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

1 cup creamy peanut butter

8 oz cream cheese softened

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 container 8 oz whipped topping thawed

1/4 cup chocolate syrup or hot fudge

1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups

2 tablespoons crushed peanuts optional

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar then stir in melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.

2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish then chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

3. In a large bowl beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

4. Add peanut butter powdered sugar and vanilla extract then beat until light and fully combined.

5. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping then fold in the remaining whipped topping to keep the mixture fluffy.

6. Spread the filling evenly into the chilled crust and smooth the top.

7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 to 4 hours or overnight until set.

8. Spread remaining whipped topping over the pie.

9. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top then sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups and crushed peanuts.

10. Chill another 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use regular creamy peanut butter instead of natural peanut butter to keep the filling smooth and stable.

Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to prevent lumps.

For the cleanest slices refrigerate the pie overnight before serving.
