  • 2 cups cranberry juice (100% juice preferred)
  • 1 cup orange juice (no pulp)
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda (chilled)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • Fresh mint or rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice the orange, apple, and cucumber.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine cranberry juice and orange juice. Stir gently.
  3. Add the sliced fruit and pomegranate seeds to the pitcher.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 24 hours).
  5. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or soda and stir gently.
  6. Fill glasses with ice and pour in the sangria.
  7. Garnish each glass with a mint or rosemary sprig and an orange slice.
