Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberry juice (100% juice preferred)
- 1 cup orange juice (no pulp)
- 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda (chilled)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 green apple, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- Fresh mint or rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the orange, apple, and cucumber.
- In a large pitcher, combine cranberry juice and orange juice. Stir gently.
- Add the sliced fruit and pomegranate seeds to the pitcher.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 24 hours).
- Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or soda and stir gently.
