These No-Bake Strawberry Santas are the ultimate crowd-pleaser for any holiday gathering. Quick to make and bursting with charm, they’re perfect for anyone seeking easy holiday desserts, healthy Christmas snacks, or festive no-bake food ideas. Made with juicy strawberries and fluffy whipped cream, they’re as fun to create as they are to eat. Whether you’re looking for cute Christmas treats, kid-friendly snack ideas, or a quick dessert to wow your guests, these strawberry Santas are your answer.

Ingredients

Scale

12 fresh strawberries

1 cup whipped cream (stabilized preferred)

24 mini chocolate chips or candy eyes

12 mini red candies (or red decorator gel)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for sweetening cream)

Instructions

1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Cut off the green tops so the berries can stand flat. Then slice off the tips to create Santa hats.

2. In a bowl, beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract (if using), and beat until stiff peaks form.

3. Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag fitted with a round or star tip.

4. Pipe whipped cream onto the base of each strawberry to form Santa’s beard and face.

5. Gently place the strawberry tip on top of the cream to form Santa’s hat.

6. Add a small dot of whipped cream to the hat’s tip to create the pom-pom.

7. Place two mini chocolate chips or candy eyes onto the cream for eyes.

8. Add a mini red candy to form the nose.

9. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before serving.

10. Serve cold and enjoy your adorable strawberry Santas!

Notes

Use cold whipped cream for best piping results.

Make sure strawberries are completely dry to prevent the cream from sliding off.

For vegan versions, use coconut whipped cream and plant-based decorations.
