Ideal for quick breakfast ideas, fun party snacks, or no-bake dessert recipes.
Ingredients
3 cups mini pretzels
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups caramel chips or 20 soft caramels
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
2. Melt the caramel chips, peanut butter, and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the mini pretzels until evenly coated.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming clusters.
5. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
6. Drizzle melted chocolate over each cluster.
7. Sprinkle sea salt on top while the chocolate is still wet.
8. Let the clusters set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
9. Transfer to an airtight container once fully set.
Notes
Use a cookie scoop for evenly-sized clusters and less mess.
Chill the clusters in the fridge to set them faster and more firmly.
To avoid sticking, layer parchment paper between stacked clusters for storage.
