Ingredients

Scale

2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers or Oreo cookies

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

24 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

0.25 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup strawberries, sliced

0.5 cup crushed pineapple, well drained

1 cup maraschino cherries, halved

0.5 cup chocolate syrup

whipped cream

0.5 cup chocolate shavings or curls

optional chopped nuts, sprinkles, or wafer cookies

Instructions

1. Crush chocolate graham crackers or Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.

2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

4. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.

5. Spread half the cheesecake filling over the crust.

6. Layer bananas, strawberries, and drained pineapple.

7. Spread remaining filling on top and smooth.

8. Cover and chill for 4–6 hours or overnight.

9. Decorate with whipped cream, banana slices, cherries, strawberries, and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

10. Slice with a warm knife and serve chilled.

Notes

Use firm bananas to avoid a mushy texture.

Chill the cheesecake thoroughly for clean slices and best flavor.

Add toppings just before serving to keep them fresh.
