Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another large bowl, whisk sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth.
