  • 1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add marinara sauce to the beef and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and 1 cup mozzarella until smooth.
  5. Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
  6. Add a single layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  7. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ravioli.
  8. Spoon half of the meat sauce over the cheese layer.
  9. Repeat layers: ravioli, remaining cream cheese mix, remaining meat sauce.
  10. Top with remaining 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  11. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  12. Uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  13. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
