- 12 oz Penne Pasta
- 2 Chicken Breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Chicken Broth
- ½ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
- ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Fresh Basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Sear chicken in olive oil until golden, set aside.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, and seasonings to create the sauce.
- Combine cooked chicken and pasta with the sauce. Adjust with pasta water if needed.
- Garnish with basil and extra Parmesan before serving.
