Description

With layers of ripe mangoes, fluffy whipped cream, and softened graham crackers, this easy recipe is ideal for quick breakfast treats, healthy snacks, or as part of your favorite dessert and dinner ideas. Whether you’re looking for a crowd-pleaser or a simple food idea, Mango Float delivers rich flavor with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale

4 ripe mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced

2 cups heavy whipping cream (chilled)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1 pack (200-250g) graham crackers

Crushed graham crackers (for topping)

Instructions

1. In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add condensed milk and vanilla; gently fold to combine.

2. Slice mangoes into thin, even strips.

3. In a rectangular glass dish, place a layer of graham crackers to form the base.

4. Spread a layer of cream mixture over the crackers, smoothing evenly.

5. Arrange mango slices over the cream.

6. Repeat layering: crackers, cream, mangoes—ending with mangoes on top.

7. Sprinkle crushed graham on the final layer.

8. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

9. Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy.

Notes

Use chilled cream and utensils to help the cream whip better.

Make the dessert ahead to let the crackers soften into a cake-like texture.

You can substitute graham crackers with ladyfingers or digestive biscuits.
