3 cups cooked chicken

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 oz ranch seasoning mix

6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup sour cream

2 large eggs

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

3. Fold in the cooked chicken and 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese.

4. Add the eggs and mix until fully incorporated.

5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.

6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
