- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken – Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat the Chicken – In a shallow dish, combine grated parmesan and panko breadcrumbs. Dip each chicken breast into melted butter, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Sear the Chicken – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Bake the Chicken – Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Make the Sauce – In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Assemble and Serve – Remove the chicken from the oven and drizzle the creamy garlic butter sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan. Serve warm and enjoy!
