2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

4 cloves garlic minced

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

8 ounces linguine

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 pinch crushed red pepper optional


Instructions

1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter. Add chicken and sear for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
