Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup corn (frozen or canned and drained)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Bisquick or biscuit mix
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix biscuit mix, milk, and egg until just combined. Spread in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and cook until softened.
