  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 23 fresh jalapeños, seeds removed and chopped
  • Optional: 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium-sized baking dish.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add the cheddar cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, and chives. Stir until well combined.

  4. Fold in the chopped jalapeños and optional bacon bits.

  5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.

  7. Garnish with additional chives and sliced jalapeños before serving.
