  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch oven-safe baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  4. Fold in chopped artichokes, 1/2 cup mozzarella, and Parmesan until well combined.
  5. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella over the top.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Broil for 2–3 minutes if desired.
  8. Let cool slightly and serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.
