- 2 lbs chicken wings (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and separate them if necessary.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Toss the wings in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the marinated wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame seeds. Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
- Remove the cooked wings from the oven and toss them in the honey garlic glaze.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
