Description

These Honey Garlic Wings are the perfect combination of crispy, tender chicken coated in a deliciously sticky, sweet, and savory glaze. Ideal for any occasion, they’re easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and separate them if necessary.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Toss the wings in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the marinated wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame seeds. Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
  5. Remove the cooked wings from the oven and toss them in the honey garlic glaze.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
