Ingredients

Scale

3 ¾ cups powdered sugar

⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon peppermint extract

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped or chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

¼ cup sprinkles or crushed candy canes (optional)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms.

2. Roll dough into small balls (1 tablespoon each), flatten into discs, and place on parchment-lined tray.

3. Chill discs in refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.

4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth and glossy.

5. Dip each disc into melted chocolate using a fork; let excess drip off.

6. Place dipped patties back on tray and decorate with sprinkles or candy canes.

7. Let patties set until chocolate hardens completely.

8. Store or serve as desired.

Notes

Always chill the patties before dipping to prevent melting in the chocolate.

Adjust the amount of peppermint extract to your taste preference.

Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure clean, professional-looking patties.
