  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey sausage or turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for cooking)

Instructions
