Ingredients

Scale

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

12 oz rotini pasta

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic minced

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the ranch seasoning mix. Simmer on low heat for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

5. Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Stir everything to coat with the sauce. Add reserved pasta water as needed to adjust the consistency.

6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use chicken thighs if you want a richer, juicier alternative to chicken breast.

Don’t skip the reserved pasta water—it’s key for creating the perfect sauce consistency.

Add shredded cheddar or parmesan to the sauce for a cheesier twist.
