pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs

½ cup soy sauce

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup pineapple juice

2 tablespoons honey

3 cloves garlic minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch

¼ cup water

2 stalks green onions sliced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

1. Trim excess fat from the chicken and pat dry

2. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil

3. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes

4. Heat skillet or grill pan over medium heat
