1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
Salt to taste

Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and the cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add ground chicken to the skillet. Break it up and cook until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes.
4. Reduce heat to low and pour in the orange sauce. Stir to coat the meat and simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Add more soy sauce, chili flakes, or a splash of orange juice.
