- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped chives (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and place in a bowl. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
