For the Beef Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or burger sauce

For Grilling:

  • 1 tbsp butter or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef:
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned (5-7 minutes).
    • Drain excess grease and stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.
    • Simmer for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  2. Prepare the Tortillas:
    • Lay each tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or burger sauce.
  3. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheese in the center of each tortilla.
    • Spoon a portion of the seasoned beef over the cheese.
    • Add diced tomatoes, red onions, and pickles (if using).
    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly.
  4. Grill the Wraps:
    • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-low heat and add butter or cooking spray.
    • Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then slice in half and serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch.
