Ingredients
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 200g (about 7 oz) feta cheese, cubed
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh mint leaves (optional), for garnish
- Salt (optional)

Prepare Ingredients: Wash and dry tomatoes and cucumber. Slice tomatoes and cucumber into medium-thick rounds. Cube the feta cheese and pat dry.

Create Base Layer: On a flat serving plate (with or without a ring mold), start with a layer of tomato slices.

Layer: Add cucumber slices over the tomatoes, followed by a layer of feta cubes.
