Ingredients

Scale

12 chocolate chip cookies

12 large marshmallows

1 cup white chocolate or candy melts

1 tablespoon black decorating gel or melted dark chocolate

Optional sprinkles or mini candies for decoration

Instructions

1. Arrange the chocolate chip cookies on a flat surface like a baking tray or cooling rack.

2. Place one marshmallow in the center of each cookie. Add a dab of melted chocolate underneath if needed to help it stick.

3. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in 20-30 second bursts in the microwave, stirring between each, until fully smooth.

4. Spoon or pour the melted white chocolate over the marshmallows, letting it drip down the sides like a ghostly sheet.

5. Use black decorating gel or melted dark chocolate to draw on two eyes and a mouth for each ghost.

6. Allow the chocolate to fully set at room temperature or place in the fridge for 10 minutes.

7. Serve immediately or store as instructed for later use.

Notes

Make sure the marshmallows are upright and centered to avoid tilting ghosts.

Use parchment paper underneath the cookies for easy cleanup and to catch chocolate drips.

If using decorating gel, test first to ensure it sets well and doesn’t smudge during storage.
