- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 6 oz cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
- 12 pieces of dinner roll dough (thawed if frozen)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and optional seasonings. Drain and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each dough ball into a 3-4 inch disc.
- Place a spoonful of beef and a cheese cube in the center of each disc.
- Fold dough over the filling, pinch to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush each dough ball generously.
- Sprinkle parmesan and sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
