2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons butter, unsalted
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning, divided
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
8 ounces twisted pasta (fusilli or rotini)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes, pat dry, and season with salt, pepper, and half the Cajun seasoning.
2. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
