Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili paste or sriracha
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles as per package instructions, drain, and set aside.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Heat sesame oil in a skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Slice thinly.

  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic, then add cream, soy sauce, and chili paste. Let the sauce simmer until thickened.

  4. Assemble by placing ramen noodles in a bowl, topping with creamy sauce and sliced chicken. Garnish with green onions.
