- 1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix cake mix, pineapple (with juice), eggs, and oil until smooth. Bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread frosting over the cooled cake.
- Top with pineapple chunks and chopped pecans. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
