Ingredients

Scale

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup eggnog

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg (plus extra for garnish)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch salt

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.

3. Stir in the eggnog and butter. Continue mixing until the butter melts and the mixture is fully combined.

4. Add nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well to incorporate.

5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

6. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight, until firm.

7. Once set, lift from the pan and cut into squares. Sprinkle extra nutmeg on top before serving.

Notes

Let the fudge chill completely for clean cuts and the best texture.

Always use full-fat eggnog for richness and proper setting.

For extra flavor, sprinkle cinnamon or crushed cookies over the top before chilling.
