Ingredients
15.25 oz strawberry cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until a soft dough forms.
3. Fold in the white chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
4. Scoop tablespoon sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet spacing them about 2 inches apart.
5. Press a few extra white chocolate chips on top of each cookie dough ball for presentation.
6. Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
7. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Use room temperature eggs for better dough consistency and texture.
If the dough becomes sticky refrigerate it for about 10 minutes before scooping.
Press extra white chocolate chips on top before baking for a bakery style look.
