Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 slices sourdough or ciabatta bread
  • 68 slices deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 46 dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

Optional Add-ins: tomato slices, red onion, hot sauce, herbs

Instructions

  1. Lay out bread slices; spread mayo and Dijon mustard on inside faces.

  2. Layer turkey, cheese, pickles, and lettuce onto two slices of bread.

  3. Close the sandwiches with the remaining bread.

  4. Butter or oil the outsides of the sandwiches.
