- 1 cup milk (or half-and-half for a richer texture)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or a mix)
- ½ cup diced ham (or cooked bacon/sausage)
- ½ cup green peas (or your favorite veggies like spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
- ¼ teaspoon paprika (for a hint of warmth)

Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare the Crust
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
- For a crispier crust, blind-bake it by lining with parchment paper, adding pie weights, and baking for 10 minutes. Remove the weights and set aside.
- Prepare the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until fully combined.
- Assemble the Quiche
- Spread the diced ham, green peas, and shredded cheese evenly over the pre-baked pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the filling, ensuring it spreads evenly.
- Bake the Quiche
- Place the pie dish on a baking sheet and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly golden.
- A toothpick inserted in the middle should come out clean.
- Cool & Serve
- Remove the quiche from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
