  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup warm milk (or water)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp instant dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2 tbsp melted garlic butter (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
