  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling (or preferred topping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into small dessert cups and press down to form a crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust cups.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
