Description

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (or self-rising flour)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the condensed milk and mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
