- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (or self-rising flour)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the condensed milk and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and enjoy!

- If using self-rising flour, omit any additional baking powder or soda.
- For added texture and flavor, mix in ½ cup of chocolate chips, nuts, or cinnamon.
